/Open \<target\> [passive]

/Open will open a new terminal window. The given target defines which messages you will see in that window (and hence not in any others). If the target already has an open window, this will become the current one.
If there is a window open with no target, that window will become current, and get the target given in this command.
When "passive" is present, the same as above will happen, except the window will not become the current target as well.
